Shipping policy
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We are working on establishing a distribution center overseas to better serve our communities across the miles. Stay tuned.
We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please note that FedEx Express and FedEx Overnight shipping cutoff time is 12pm EST for all U.S orders. Any order placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take up to two weeks to deliver based on factors outside of our control.
Shipping within the United States
- Free standard shipping for orders over $99 | 2-6 business days. Free shipping is valid on order subtotals of $99 or more (after discounts applied, before taxes are applied).
- Standard shipping for orders under $99 | 2-6 business days | starting at ~$5 (shipping calculated at checkout)
- FedEx Express | 2 business days | ~$30 (calculated at checkout)
- FedEx Overnight | 1 business day | ~$35 (calculated at checkout)
Shipping to Canada
- Free standard shipping for orders over $120 USD | 5-10 business days. Free shipping is valid on order subtotals of $120 or more (after discounts applied, before tax and duty is applied).
- Standard shipping for orders under $120 | 5-10 business days | ~$21 (calculated at checkout)
Shipping to Australia & NZ
- Standard shipping - $120 | 8-12 business days | ~$30 (calculated at checkout)
