We offer FREE & easy returns & exchanges to help you find your perfect fit on all U.S orders within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns & exchanges on bras that are:

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • all original tags attached

Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable and all non-bra items are final sale.

We made it easy (and Free) for you to try a different size or style: START EXCHANGE.

Need help with sizing? We can help you determine your exchange size, just send us an email: support@lovelexxi.com (Friendly suggestion: sending us a photo from the neck down of how your current size fits would be helpful for us to give best advice!

How do I send my items back? If you need to make an exchange or return, please use the original packaging it arrived in. If you are unable to, please use a box which helps protect the delicate features of our bras.

 

CANADA ORDERS

CANADA RETURNS:

We offer our Canadian customers returns within 30 days of delivery to help you find your perfect fit or if you’re simply not ready to commit. We accept returns & exchanges on bras that are:

  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • all original tags attached

Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable and all non-bra items are final sale. 

To initiate your return please start your process by entering the email address you used on the original purchase. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CANADA EXCHANGES

We’re not currently offering exchanges on Canadian orders, but we're working on it behind-the-scenes. Meanwhile, this is the best scenario if you need to exchange your bra: return the bra back to our Love, Lexxi HQ address (which will be provided during the returns process), and then re-purchase the new size that you’d like to try! Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

AUS & NZ RETURNS

We offer our listed international customers returns within 30 days of delivery to help you find your perfect fit or if you’re simply not ready to commit. We accept returns & exchanges on bras that are:

AUS & NZ EXCHANGES

Until we establish our overseas distribution center (which we’re currently working on), we do not accept exchanges on AUS or NZ orders because of the cost and timing perspective for you beautiful people. If you'd like to exchange your bra, this is the best scenario for now: return the bra back to our Love, Lexxi HQ (which will be provided during the returns process), and then re-purchase the new size that you’d like to try! Please note: Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
